Me and my teddybear

I've been struggling so much with this picture. When I was almost finished, I began to add details. Then I could not decide which was best. I would choose between three different versions but I was completely blank in the head.
So I put the pictures on Facebook and asked for help.

It was this picture that got the most votes. But I'm still a little uncertain.
